(the cat is me detoxing...read on)
Another day has begun and the E3live journey continues. :) I shall report on the effects of E3Live for yesterday.
Yesterday, instead of 3 doses I went wild and took 4 doses, all spread about 4 hours apart throughout the day. My body metabolizes this stuff so I followed my intuition to take more when I felt the fuel levels go down.
The morning dose provided me with good energy. I did feel a little ramped-up. Not quite the jitters but an excited state in my body. Some people have mentioned experiencing this nervous effect. I'm not sure what it is...could be detoxing. But neverthesless, I did find I had a bit more energy to execute some tasks.
Took afternoon dose at 11:30am. By this time I felt my energy levels start to plunge. I took another shot to attempt to reverse it. Then I went for lunch to also attempt to remedy the situation. Even after lunch, I was very tired for about 3-4 hours. This definitely worried me...but I didn't give up.
Knowing that DETOXING can cause a myriad of "bad" symptoms, I decided to investigate what really occurs during detox. I found a wonderful description of what occurs during detox, on the web, written by Dr. Stanley Bass. He says:
Exerpt from Detoxing by Dr. Stanley Bass)
During the initial stage (lasting about ten days on the average to several weeks in others depending on how toxic there system is and how well their body releases the toxins), the vital energies which are usually in the periphery or external part of the body such as the muscles and skin, begin to move to the vital internal organs and start reconstruction. This shunting of much of the power to the internal region produces a feeling of less energy in the muscles, which the mind interprets as some weakness.
Actually, the power is increased, but most of it is being used for rebuilding the more important organs and less of it is available for muscular work. Any weakness which is felt here is not true weakness, but merely a redeploying of forces to the more important internal parts. Here it is important for the person to stop wasting energy, and to rest and sleep more. This is a crucial phase, and if the person resorts to stimulants of any kind, he will abort and defeat the regenerative intent of the body.

Okay, so reading this excert really put my mind at ease, because I ALMOST thought that E3 wasn't working. But, I now understand that the tiredness was totally related to the detoxification process.
At around 3pm the tiredness finally lifted. OMG. That took a long time, but when it did go away, it was noticeably gone. :) Then I took some more E3 Live (1 tablespoon)! :D
I had one more energy dip around 5pm after running around doing errands but eating and taking another shot of E3 at 6:30 helped bring things to normal.
1)When it was "bedtime" - 11:30pm (a little late for me) I got this VERY STRONG message from my body that it was time to sleep. Usually, I have to wrestle with my body to try and get it to sleep. But this time, when my body got tired, I knew if I went to the bed I would fall asleep - and I did in less than 5 minutes. This happened to me on Day 2 too!
This is very cool, because sleep has been a crap shoot for me this past year. There is some peace in knowing that when your head hits the pillow that you'll fall asleep in under 5 minutes.
I am sure this is b/c of the E3Live. Because it is date coincident. :)
2) My desire to eat salads and fruits and veggies increased naturually. I found my body craving foods with high water content (i.e. fruits and veggiew-fresh/raw). This is a plus point. It was kind of expensive today! :o Oops. Gotta plan for this.
When I woke up this morning at 5:45am (!!!) I didn't have cottenhead again! I just felt awake! I feel like I've turned into an algae or something --I'm rising to the sun now. I'm gonnga keep on eye on this, but getting up early is really nice! :D
What I learned/NOTE TO SELF:
-That E3 Live is definitely creating some change in my body.
-When I feel myself detoxing (any symptoms) I am going to take care to rest and not overwork myself and not resort to stimulants.
-Taking mutliple doses throughout the day is good and does not keep me awake at night.
That's all for today...that was long!!! Hope this helps...and would love to hear from you.

I'm keeping a daily log of my experience with E3Live. This way you can see what the benefits and detox effects are and if it's something you may want to try. Also a good place for me to keep track of what's happening to my body in this whole journey.
Started my first E3Live (frozen liquid -most potent) bottle yesterday that I bought from Whole Foods--in the FREEZER SECTION ($30/bottle). This should last me about month.
I noticed a small increase of energy yesterday. I took two tablespoons in total because I've been detoxing for several months now so I can take a little higher dose than usual. Beginners are supposed to start with one teaspoon a day and work their way up.
I also gave our new employee one teaspoon yesterday! I am using him as my guinea pig and see how he responds. :)
When 10:30pm hit last night, I got really tired and pretty much fell asleep right away. This was a good sign because usually I get a little anxious at bed time because I don't know whether or not I'll be able to fall asleep. Last night came easy.
This morning, at 5:45am I woke up feeling very clear headed - no cottonhead. And then at 6am I popped out of bed into the shower. This was the amazing part; I don't usually shower in the morning b/c I am too lazy in the morning and it always seems like such a pain. But I guess the E3live gave me the extra kilojoules I needed to get in the shower. Yay!
So far, so good. I am going to up my dose to three tablespoons today. I took one at 6:45 am and will dose at 12pm and 3pm. Let's see...I'm only increasing the dosage so soon because my body is a little more acquainted with detoxing than most. It might be too much but we'll just have to find out. Will report tomorrow or tonight, if I have a mind blowing experience today.

This blog contains an e-mail that I sent to my family. I have been courting the idea of taking the supplement called E3Live for sometime. It's the most popular form of blue-green algae from Klamath Falls,OR. After visiting the website three different times over a 4-month period, I finally decided I was going to start using the product.
After I decided to finally try the product, I sent my father and two sisters the following e-mail. I hope this inspires you to try it!
Hi Dad, Jen and Chris,
I think we all know we are all over-acheivers and don't feel satisfied unless we do things people consider to be amazing. And we do manage to achieve these things which leaves us hungry for the next thing.
In my 28 years of living my appetite for success rages on. I have found that physical health and good nutrition are key ingredients to peak performance. They are essential to mental well being which is also another key ingredient.
I have researched and tried many superfoods over the past year and have monitored their effects in everyday living. The most sweeping effects seem to come from GREEN foods/superfoods. They yield energy, beauty, mental clarity, alkalinity (repairs and heals diseased cells and tissue) and stamina.
I want you guys to visit this website: www.e3live.com
The product they sell is a green superfood. The body needs the green to stay alkaline. When you go there get acquainted with the product and READ THE TESTIMONIALS (at bottom of page click on "testimonials").
Taking a substance like this will make taking daily vitamins unnecessary.
I wanted to share this with you guys because I know we are all interested in achieiving great things and this is a product than can help us by providing a strong healthy body. The testmonials from the world-class athletes are amazing. Think of what it can do for a regular person!
I hope one of you decides to try it. :). I will be using it to boost my performance at school. :)
Check it out!!

This not a long blog on the subject of God. I am just writing to tell you that he does exist. I am using the word "he" for ease and not for any other reason.
Believing in God does not require any conditions because God himself is unconditional. You don't have to go to Church or say you believe in X,Y or Z to believe in God, to know God or to benefit from his LOVE. If you seek his presense and have faith in it he will reveal himself.
The phrase: "Ask and you shall receive" is a reality. When you open your arms to God this will become a reality. It is really that easy. If there is anything your heart desires, you must simply believe in yourself and believe that God will give you everything you need, to obtain your desires.
I look forward to my next post with you.
